💡 Social Glow Light – Warranty That Glows With You
We believe in bringing you brilliance that lasts, but if something goes dim (literally), we’ll help you shine again.
🔧 What’s Covered
Your Social Glow Light comes with a 12-month warranty from the day it lands in your hands. If there’s a fault caused by a manufacturing defect or materials issue, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it (within 14 days of delivery) no dimming your sparkle.
We know the legal stuff isn’t the sexiest, but your rights still apply under local consumer laws — especially if you're in Australia, where you're covered under the Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a replacement or refund if there's a major issue, and repair or replacement if it's a minor one.
🚫 What’s Not Covered
Even glow-getters have limits. We can’t cover:
- Drops, spills, or if your Glow Light took a dip in the bath
- Scratches, dents, or general wear and tear
- Faults caused by rogue chargers or third-party repairs
- Neglecting the glow-care guide or trying to do DIY surgery on the battery
🧩 Accessories & Attachments
While we want everything in your glow-kit to shine bright, accessories and attachments (like clips, mounts, etc.) aren’t covered by warranty. If one breaks, it’ll need to be replaced at your own cost.
Every accessory is carefully checked and tested before it leaves Glow HQ, so we know it’s in working condition when it ships. Handle with care and treat them like the delicate little glow-helpers they are. 💁✨
📦 How to Claim Your Glow Fix
Think something’s not glowing right? Slide into our inbox at hello@socialglowlight.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of what’s gone wrong
- A pic or short video (we love a visual)
We’ll let you know what happens next. If a return’s needed, shipping it back is on you (unless we say otherwise), and we recommend tracked postage, lost parcels = no glow, no go.
If your light’s faulty, we’ll fix it up or send you a replacement. If we’ve discontinued that product, we’ll offer something equally glowrious in its place.
🔌 Glow-Safe Guidelines
- Only use USB-A to USB-C charging cables + certified 10W adapters
- Keep it dry, cool, and away from fire or extreme heat
- Don’t open, squash, or try to DIY the battery
- Storing it long-term? Give it a top-up every 2–3 months to keep the glow alive
